unable to parse sections from xml file

example ?page=info should look for <info>some info
here</info> in the related xml file. it doesn't I am
submitting a complete fix, simply over write
the /plugins/insert.content.php file with this new
version. It also includes error checking for
$get_content. If content is not found it will spit out a
message.

I think what should be done is the file shoul dbe php not
xml. Keeping the xml syntax just name config.php, so
this file is not read by anyone but web server

Problem parsing db content

When this is put into subdirectory eg
http://somewhere.com/directory/ the content does not
load. Database directory cannot be found.
