#384 Calendar does not display repeating appointments

I played around with it and found out:
- The appointment is not displayed in the week in which it is added, but in the following weeks.
- The appointment repeats one time less than estimated (when you enter repeat = 3 then it repeats only twice)

Problem:
When I insert a repeating appointment in a calendar, it is displayed in Day, Gantt, Month, Year and All view, but not in Week view.

Reproduction:
1. Do a new installation
2. Login as any user (e.g. root)
3. Open any calendar
4. Create appointment, which repeats weekly
5. Change to Week view of calendar

I've expected to see the appointment in the Week view of the week in which I created the appointment and in all following weeks. But it is not displayed. In Day view or Month view the appointment is displayed.
