<div class="markdown_content"><p>I'm sick of having my posts modded "overrated" when they haven't previously been rated at all. A good way to prevent most abuses of over/underrated would be to only allow the "overrated" mod when there was a previous positive moderation and to only allow "underrated" when there was a previous negative moderation.</p></div>
