really just a topical way of navigating the site.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What is in there is a list of sections, and below that,&lt;br /&gt;
we want the most posted-to topics (limit 5 or so) in&lt;br /&gt;
each section to automatically show up. That way if a&lt;br /&gt;
topic gets stale, it doesn't remain in the index.&lt;br /&gt;
Whatever is in the index is going to have some fresh&lt;br /&gt;
content in it so it's pertinent.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Basically a topical way of navigating the site for&lt;br /&gt;
