Reload button needed in both GUI's

Hey there, Ok the only way to get user made categories/languages to show up is to create them through the GUI.. however it will not show up unless you restart the entire NP++ to reload the xml's.. This is also the same situation with adding each snippet. Therefore it might be a good idea for the developer to add a reload button to reload the xmls or have it automatically done as in previous versions.. i really feel the developer took some backstops with this new release. Its no longer user friendly :(

Add option in GUI to show all languages

With the new version, the GUI hides empty languages. Would it be possible to have a check box to 'Show all Languages' or 'Include empty Languages' so that we are able to add new snippets to those languages.. I'm having the issue of not being able to add PHP snippets or Languages that shipped as empty with this last release.

I'm trying to add a list of functions, i've defined a language, but snippetplus is not recognizing it, is there a way to do this?
