Hello i would like to know how to use passband and the more important is how to move in frequency. I have a recording 0-250Khz in stereo and i would like to cut 8 khz and to move it to 0-8Khz Thanks for your help
Sorry, what do you mean by "cut 8 khz and to move it to 0-8Khz"? What would be the characteristice of the resulting file?
