#19 Prompt to copy/rename originals and compare the copies.
Would be really nice to have the option to save the originals before starting the compare. Or to copy/rename the originals and compare the copies.
In the heat of a series of compares it is too easy to forget to back up the originals and often the originals are in a change controlled (git, svn) project which just adds to the pain of forgetting to make copies to compare.
