&lt;p&gt;a USE database statement is not allowed in a &lt;br /&gt;
procedure, function or trigger.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It looks like instead of being connected with the &lt;br /&gt;
database in the dropdown as the initial catalog, it's &lt;br /&gt;
placing a use statement before each query to make it &lt;br /&gt;

connection to a SQLServer.  I've tried both Trusted &lt;br /&gt;
Connections and specifying credential but neither &lt;br /&gt;
works.  I can connect with Query Analyzer without a &lt;br /&gt;
