<div class="markdown_content"><p>I am a ladder admin/owner for 'craighenrytennis' ladder. Today I am experiencing a weird bug - my usual credentials are not allowing me to login into the ladder. There is no error messages about password not being correct - nothing like that. The page looks like it is accepting my userid and password, successfully logs me in but direct to login page again.</p></div>

I enter my old email address, the new one and the correct password and it says 'your password is incorrect, Please go back and try again'. I can guarantee that the password is correct because it is the same one I logged in with in the first place ! This actually happened second time in the ladder. The first time I just asked user to re-register. <div class="markdown_content"><p>I have not been recieving any e-mail challenges although other within the same company do so it would not seem that the companies e-mail filter is removing the e-mails as spam.<br /> When I enter the 'Change email and contact details' option the 'old email' is blank and the 'new e-mail' contains my existing e-mail address.</p> <p>If I try to change the old email to the correct one as used to log in and leave the 'new one' either or enter a new address it compains that I have entered the password incorrectly, although the correct password has been entered.</p> <p>If I leave the 'old email' blank then it complains that the form has not been completed.<br /> This is using Firefox 3.5.7 </p> <p>If I use IE 6 then I have to complete both the old and new emails but still get a password error.</p> <p>Steve </p></div>

I'm guessing this is a bug...</p> <p>I already tried requesting a new password, and it still doesn't allow me to log in.</p></div>
