For example, you create a round that lasts 2 weeks and you divide your ladder into rungs of 3 people each. Each player in each rung plays the other 2 during the allotted 2 weeks. At the end of the round, the results are analyzed and players are moved up or down a rung, or stay put, based on their performance against the other 2 as well as the rungs immediately above and below their rung. You can also allow 1 challenge per round in which a player challenges another player in a higher rung.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It's a bit more complicated, but it really keeps things moving and would be an excellent addition to your software package.
