Sorry, I can't reproduce your problem.

My first idea is that you try to use a Java version greater or equal to 11 from here:
https://adoptium.net

Right now you are using a Jetbrains-Runtime version which as far as I can see is not even available here
https://github.com/JetBrains/JetBrainsRuntime/releases
anymore.

Is it just me, or is the above mentioned snapshot a dog? Moving the cursor around the SQL panel makes it freeze. When I minimise it and come back it takes like 5 minutes to recover. Task manager says it is hammering the CPU constantly even when doing nothing. It's using 8GB after doing not much. This morning it closed all the tabs and asked me to save my work and shut down because it ran out of memory.

Using openjdk 17.0.9 JBR-17.0.9+7-1087.7-nomod (build 17.0.9+7-b1087.7)
Windows 11, latest patch level.
