#614 Light or dark mode - configuration option to follow system wide setting

It would be great if Squirrel could be configured to follow the system wide setting for dark or light mode. See for example attached screenshot of JIRA. JIRA will switch between light or dark when I change this system wide setting on my desktop.

    Java has no such Standard-API, yet. See
    https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8235460

    I checked
    https://github.com/Dansoftowner/jSystemThemeDetector
    which is mentioned in JDK-8235460. It would mean adding 4 MB of new libs for a rather limited functionality. That's why for now I decided against it.

    Just to mention:

    • SQuirreL offers to switch between light and dark theme, see menu File --> Global Preferences --> tab General --> lower part of section Appearance.
    • Through SQuirreL's Look and Feel Plugin users are able to choose between several look and feels and themes. See menu File --> Global Preferences --> tab "L & F".

    Thanks for looking into this feature request! I currently use the light / dark switch through Global Preferences and I'll continue to do that.
