You have been assigned request ID#1789070. A helper should contact you shortly. There are no other unhandled requests. Everything you tell me until you are helped (or you leave #support) will be recorded. If you part #support, your request will be lost.</p> <p>However there is no setting to be able to chane that notice. You can set the greeting, and set the reqopened.
