&lt;p&gt;[18:56:45] -HelpServ- Welcome to #support. You have been assigned request ID#1789070. A helper should contact you shortly. There are no other unhandled requests. Everything you tell me until you are helped (or you leave #support) will be recorded. If you part #support, your request will be lost.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;However there is no setting to be able to chane that notice. You can set the greeting, and set the reqopened. But you can set the on join notice option.&lt;/p&gt;
