&lt;p&gt;There should be a time restriction after several SpamServ requests for the same channel e.g. user should to be told to wait for 24 hours after registering and unregistering SpamServ multiple times for the same channel. I have only seen this being abused once but I think it might be a good prevention measure&lt;br /&gt;
