First things first, I would suggest you add bug or issue to the category list as well as a general category which is what my suggestion is.
I would suggest that you provide a PDF or text file download seperate from the program so that users can find out what the program does, how it does it and decide if it is what they want. It would also act as a help file during installation, and manipulation of the program during operation.
