#13 userinit.exe stopped, needs restarting
Startup Manager has been working well for me for some time. However I temporarily stopped userinit.exe by mistake, result is a windows install that is stuck in a logon loop. Is there any way to unstop this file? I do not know what Startup Manager does to the file. Help would be useful.
