7nc image under Win2000 is failing because the &lt;br /&gt;
authentication response code of 5 is not catered for.&lt;br /&gt;
Stack backtrace attached.  There is no problem when &lt;br /&gt;
using pgAdminII from the same host to the same &lt;br /&gt;
database for the same user.  The database is configured &lt;br /&gt;
to use md5 password encryption.&lt;/p&gt;
