If show ressource in Windows Explorer is selected. The User home will be opend and not the directory of the file.

Ctrl+Alt+E shortcut unchangeable

Shortcut for Show Resource(s) in Windows Explorer cannot be changed in Eclipse -> Preferences -> Keys. This is crucial as due to some other Eclipse bug Alt Gr + Key (which is used to type national language characters) is interpreted as Ctrl+Alt+Key (like this StartExplorer binding). The result is that I cannot type polish 'ę' character (Alt Gr + E). If this shortcut would be changable I could walkaround this eclipse issue.

Invalid %PATH% using "Start cmd.exe here"

Opening the command line using the command "Start cmd.exe" here opens a Command Line prompt with invalid %PATH% variable set:

e.g. On my Windows XP system the following path is added: C:/Programme/Java/jre6/bin/client;C:/Programme/Java/jre6/bin;

Note that this path uses Linux slashes instead of Windows backslashes...

Path/filename not encapsulated in quotes

While browsing the source code I noticed that both functions in de.bastiankrol.startexplorerRuntimeExecWrapper do not wrap the inserted path with quotes. This can produce problems with files and folders that contain spaces or other special characters.

Therfore I recommend wrapping the path by quotes. Example:
String execCommandString = "Explorer.exe /e,\"" + path + "\"";

BTW: startWindowsSystemApplicationForPath() uses "cmd.exe /C " for execuing the default program. This is a very dangerous way as it is vulnerable for command injection by file/folder names.
It would be better calling start.exe "filename" (or java.awt.Desktop.open() if Java6 is available).
