bug: limited number of notes play on certain systems

On Huawei MediaPad T5 (Android 8)

Start with one tuning, play all notes, switch to another tuning, do same, and continue.
After 14 notes are played, it stops playing altogether, until the app is re-started.

This did NOT happen on an Android 9 or 10 devices (Cubot KingKong mini's).

Tunings based on A other than 440 Hz

Some groups, notably, orchestras, tune with A being other than 440 Hz. One popular option is 432 Hz -- others are possible

In some contexts, a round icon is preferred. The ends of the current icon are clipped to fit.

#6 options for other voices for MIDI instruments

To do this with any generality, will have to dispense with the pre-built MIDI files.
It should be possible to generate those, put them in a cache, then read them in when needed.
