Not sure if all keybindings should work, but this one for definite

Exporters should default to proper file extension, not .txt

All the exporters seem to default to output.txt, they should really use the correct extension (one less thing to remember + consistent with other apps)

Probably there shouldn't be a default for the filename itself, or it should be the same as on previous runs.

Icon

Could we have an icon embedded in the executable? A blank icon space in the application (in Windows at least) tends to get lost on the task bar / look mysterious.
I can make an .ico file if necessary - it's just the agreed choice of a suitable square-ish image (perhaps from the Flickr Structure Synth pool?). The existing splash image is too landscape-biased, unless cropped.

Middle button should zoom

Most modern mice will let you press the wheel - this is more convenient for zooming than pressing both buttons at the same time.

Possibly rolling the wheel should also zoom in and out.
