The interface for the layer tabs at the top of the plan is very difficult to use. It would be nice if one could right-click on a tab, and one of the options was Rearrange tabs… or some such. The resulting window would allow the order and visibility of any of the tabs to be changed without having to leave that window. It would also allow for “modes of visibility”. By that I mean you could assign any combination of visible tabs to a name, which would appear in a list, from which a set of tabs could be made the only ones visible with a single click. Finally, the displayed tabs should scroll with a mouse swipe left or right. As it presently is, I have to click, one at a time, on the < or > buttons to march the tabs right or left.
In case you didn't guess it yet, tabs are ordered according to their level elevation then their order index for levels at the same elevation.
Yeah, I saw, but my house is single level, so all my tabs are on the same level, and I have a lot of them (43). Thanks for the reply.
Edit: the > button works to advance the tabs by a screenfull, which is useful. But the < button only goes one tab at a time.
