Add Mailing List support

In the current versions the Mailing are not synchronized.
The main objective will be to create a mailing list in Thunderbird and when synchronization occurs the extension should copy the list (including all the contacts inside the list).

Is there any chance that the mailing list may be synchronized in a near future version?

Optionally Store Password

I would prefer that the sync client doesn't store my password by default. It should be an option, like a "remember password" checkbox. I like the idea of storing certain passwords, but others I would rather not store.

drop down menu in synchronize preferences to small

Hello,

the drop down menu in Synchronize > Contacts > Details > "Select the address book to sync" is not wide enough to display the default thunderbird adressbooks.
In german: "Persönliches Adressbu" is only displayed (it should display "Persönliches Adressbuch".
The width of 21 characters is to small. You can display only small mailing list.

Can you increase to 25 or better 30 characters?

Support more address book fields: fax number, messenger name

I'd love all Thunderbird address book fields to be supported by the Funambol plugin. At least the fax number and the messenger name are currently not synchronized correctly.

I started with a recovery from my local address book to my new Funambol server, then switched the local address book to an empty one in the settings and did a reverse recovery into this addressbook. When I compared the results, I saw that fax numbers and messenger names have not been copied. Everything else I checked including birthdays have been copied (didn't check in detail), which makes me very happy :-)

Hello,

for many contacts or calendar entries to synchronize it would be helpful to see the progress, like
"remaining contacts: x", "remaining calendar entries: x",
"remaining time for whole synchronization: x" or something like that.

It shall be interesting to optionnaly get a quick report after the sync :
* context : URL, kind of sync (slow or fast sync), username, sync sources
* number of items added/updated/removed
* last message(s) from log when sync failed

It's quite boring to go to the log file to check this, and it's somehow incomplete (number of items)

Plugin for 64bit Thunderbird 2.0.0.14?

Dear Developers,

I would really appreciate it if you could release this plugin for 64bit Thunderbird 2.0.0.14. With most new business laptops and desktop being 64bit these days imho it would be a good step to start releasing 64bit versions too.

Can't configure sync direction for Funambol PIM Plugin v0.4

Hello,

with the windows version (for Outlook) of the plugin
(http://www.funambol.com/opensource/download.php?file_id=funambol-outlook-plugin-6.5.8.exe)
it is possible to configure the way to synchronize:
two way, server > client, client > server

Can you add this?

getting a message that Funambol Plugin can't install
because it's not compatible with "Darwine_x86_gcc3" (naturally with windows ald linux package).

It's not possible to build a platform independent xpi package?
