#85 Don't update screen when not displayed
When the SyncTERM window is not displayed (ie: minimized, or completely obscured), there's no reason to have the bitmap thread generating frames and the display thread scaling them. In at least some cases, SyncTERM should know it's not being shown, and stop updating the window.
