#89 Per-row data in character buffer
For the Prestel double-height especially, having a place to track if any character in the row has the double-height attribute set would make things vastly more efficient. This is also almost certain to be useful for things like proportional fonts (used by PTT in Taiwan), and smart select (for copying wrapped lines as a single line).
