I don't see an option to use OpenGL rendering for SyncTerm. This would be a useful feature for those concerned about windowing performance, but more importantly, would allow the use of CRT and other shaders with software like ReShade.
You can likely get SDL mode to use OpenGL (it may even be the default in SDL mode to be honest). But yes, this is something I plan to add someday after I re-engineer the bitmap output code for unicode support.
