#7 three way sync
after two synchronization didn't really work. I will try three
way sync'ing. There will be a synkia owned database that
hold all metadata (apart from the the phonenumbers and
addresses).
Metadata could be:
- do not sync this number/email into this phone
- name format in the phone
- etc.
