If you could make a small bar at the top where the <br /> exit button is, it would be helpful to be able to move inbetween the <br /> encapsulated web applications. I think also it would be neat to have <br /> support for multiple menu items being open at one time, with the tasks <br /> listed at the bottom near the customer name and group.
