EasyTaskControl 4.0.1 - Release Version - Fix - 200-02-23

Fix Release:

* Fixed the behavior for effort when is removing an effor and sumarizing the total time.
* Fixed the report opening error. Fixed the Send Report by e-mail error that is a reflect from Report error.
* Fixed some label and controls translation problems.
