Ok, I understand, that would be nice indeed... However, implementing such a feature would require a complete rewrite of TeXMaths using some external GUI toolkit...

I may be wrong (and didn't notice that it's currently a feature that TeXmath have?

I mean a mode where you can directly edit "graphically" equations

It could be nice to have a pretty print mode for writing equations.
MathField could probably provide that https://mathlive.io/mathfield/
I personaly used it in CAScad https://s-celles.github.io/CAScad/ but that's probably possible here also.
