the list begin to grow.
I think that a filter based upon the category of contact
should help to find quickly the contact you'r looking for.
In the same idea, the name in the contact list appear in
silver, maybe a color based in the category should help
to have something more visual.
Good job anyway.

it could be nice to be able to change the task list header
Instead of have "Task List" it should let the user change

Also the icon should be a glyph property and let the user
when using in a email client application).
It would be nice if there was something like a SelectedDayHeadAttributes
property. Then it would be easy to see what day of the week is active
(similar to the SelectedDayColor property of the monthview).

Add option to disable mouse dragging around of events.

Exported from Bugzilla, issue 4142.

Change VpDayView.pas to provide an option to disable mouse dragging of events.
The following code has changes to disable this feature - just add it to a flag.

procedure TVpDayView.WMMouseMove(var Msg : TWMMouseMove);
begin

if (FActiveEvent <> nil) and (not ReadOnly) then begin
if (not dvDragging) and dvMouseDown
and ((dvMouseDownPoint.x <> Msg.XPos) or (dvMouseDownPoint.y <> Msg.YPos))
then begin
// dvDragging := true;
{!!.dg}
// dvClickTimer.Enabled := false;
{!!.dg}
// BeginDrag(true);
{!!.dg}
end;
end;

inherited;
end;

Please add a more complex printing example to the exDayPlanner.

Exported from Bugzilla, issue 3726.

The three demos that were posted to the binaries area included exDayPlanner,
which I was told was the full-blown scheduler. It does have some examples
of printing; clicking the menu's Files;PrintPreview during runtime shows
there is a combobx with 16 choices of printouts. HOwever, these examples
are somewhat simple, and I would like to see a more complex example, so I
could have a better understanding of how to program the printer, and what
the capacities of the printing methods are.

A request to surface some of the data events.

Exported from Bugzilla, issue 3689.

> In general, it may be worthwhile thinking about surfacing some of
> the underlying dataset events so that it is possible to get at
> the data before it is inserted/posted/deleted etc. (for whatever
> reason <g>)

Allow finer control of default durations based on granularities

Exported from Bugzilla, issue 3783.

Not sure, but it may be nice to provide an independant way to set the
default event duration, i.e. tie it to granularity, but provide an override
property if which set is used in preference??.
