The competing (and more complex) package "changes" is in CTAN already, see &lt;a href="http://ctan.org/pkg/changes" rel="nofollow"&gt;http://ctan.org/pkg/changes&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Having the package in CTAN makes it easier for people, for example users of MiKTeX, to install and update the package.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</summary></entry></feed>
