The competing (and more complex) package "changes" is in CTAN already, see <a href="http://ctan.org/pkg/changes" rel="nofollow">http://ctan.org/pkg/changes</a><br /> Having the package in CTAN makes it easier for people, for example users of MiKTeX, to install and update the package.</p></div>
