<div class="markdown_content"><p>I have just answered two questions on Stackoverflow (<a class="" href="http://stackoverflow.com/q/18538921/69698" rel="nofollow">here</a> and <a class="" href="http://stackoverflow.com/q/15967934/69698" rel="nofollow">here</a>) where people have been getting <code>ORA-01031: insufficient privileges</code> errors when using <code>utassert.eq_refc_query</code>. I believe it's happening because utPLSQL uses <code>EXECUTE IMMEDIATE</code> to temporarily create a table. The user needs to have the <code>CREATE TABLE</code> privilege granted to them directly rather than via a role.</p> <p>This should be made clear in the documentation.</p></div>
