appears to be a issue with mailto urls. When a mailto link &lt;br /&gt;
is inserted using the link dialog the resultant URL is of &lt;br /&gt;
the form&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;mailto://person@domain.name &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is the incorrect format... which should be &lt;br /&gt;
mailto:person@domain.name. At a guess the link dialog &lt;br /&gt;
adds the // regardless of the scheme being used.&lt;/p&gt;
