Mailto URLs in v9.0

Using typetool v9.0 as part of PostNuke .750 there
appears to be a issue with mailto urls. When a mailto link
is inserted using the link dialog the resultant URL is of
the form

mailto://person@domain.name

This is the incorrect format... which should be
mailto:person@domain.name. At a guess the link dialog
adds the // regardless of the scheme being used.
