[Delay Behaviour] Modification

Requesting 2 things here.

1st: After used once the delay with the option (from subtitle to the end), it should remember this setting, because after the first use, no one will use the global delay anymore (it doesn't make any sense), but the other is used when re-syncing from different releases... (this is half a bug, half a feature request, i guess).

2nd: It would be useful to have an option to [delay from selected to end to the cursor]. Let me explain: I'm syncing a subtitle from an "extended cut", and there are many jumps in the talks, because my version has many cuted scenes. It would be used full to select a subtitle-entry and put the cursor in the time-graph and used that option to delay (positive or negative, it would analise if the cursor is in front or behind the selected sub (in time)) all "next subtitles" to the cursor, without having to select all the time from the desired til the beginning of the desired subtitle and delay with the option (from cursor to end).
