#170 Deleting a toplevel makes the "save progress bar" all red

This deletion looks like is never finishes, although it does. Saving the project clears the progress bar.

    I've started debugging that thing, and it seems that the proc that makes this prog bar red is createCompound (vTcl::compounds::createCompound), when it is called within proc vTcl:delete (file edit.tcl).

    More to come.
