vtkDICOMImageReader cannot read large dataset

I successfully read DICOM data using vtkDICOMImageReader for directory contains 78 files

But when tried to load from directory contains 418 files , my application crashed

vtk.vtkDICOMImageReader VDR = new vtk.vtkDICOMImageReader();
VDR.SetDirectoryName(@"G:\Master Degree\test DataSet\My Disc\07291640");
VDR.SetDataOrigin(0, 0, 0);
VDR.Modified();

any suggestion please , or is there any limits regarding vtkDICOMImageReader

vtkProgrammableFilter missing function

there's no SetExecuteMethod method in this filter

is this bug or what

All of the printing methods like SetupMemoryRendering are missing in the .newt wrappers for the vtkWin32OpenlGlRenderWindow.

Cannot click on widget

Clicking on a widget in the vtkFormsWindowControl does
not do anything. In debug mode, the widget reports that
it was clicked, but its interactor observer does not
receive click information.

While many widgets work, some never work. The example
mace.cs is one that fails.
