Need to replace switch $arg to switch -- $arg

If the arg starts with a -, it creates an error.

Issue with Ban Command

If a user types 'Ban' on it's own, the Bot Bans
everyone on the channel. However, it doesn't kick them.

Example below:

We had a complain from users about it which is what
identified me to the Bug. I've put it high priority as
it will make customers think the Bots are trying to
take over (as that's what the complaining customers
said) and this is NOT GOOD for AB's Image.

Apologies if I've done anything wrong, it's my first
time and I'm slightly tipsy...

If your $username is longer than 10 chars in length,
then it may cause problems.

can't read "pruneusers": no such variable

When doing an !prune, the following error occurs:

Last Bind: !prune - Last Command: ws_prune - Error
Info: can't read "pruneusers": no such variable

This is harmless, and occurs when there are no users to
be removed. It has no effect on the script, it just
exits on an error, as opposed to saying "No users removed"

Exists in WS3.010 Final. Fixed in WS3.1

Missplaced close brace in #chanflags

When loading script, bot crashes due to missplaced
close brace in the chanflags proc. One of your if
statements has a missplaced close brace causing the
elseif to be part of the previous if.
