#36 /icons directory results in 403 permissions error

By default, www/icons doesn't exist but Apache read-protects it for some reason. I made a folder there and put some icons in it for my website and couldn't access any of them. Took me a while to figure out what was going on.

This is probably related to why Apache isn't showing its default icons (such as file icons for folder listings).
