Thank you for the fast response, i prolly should get around to updating that thing but havent needed to, glad there is still got something that isnt completely deprecated :D

Windows 7 is obsolete and is no longer supported from the full Wampserver 3.2.3 installers.
You can eventually install Wampserver 3.2.0 which still supported Windows 7.
Most of the Apache, PHP, MySQL, MariaDB addons and updates still support Windows 7, but without any guarantee of operation.

I simply downloaded the program "wampserver3.2.3_x64.exe" and this is what happens after running as administrator and, pressing OK on the window "Select Setup Language".
