#31 hangs opening any file, osx 10.8.4
Hey. The app is hanging when I open almost any file. If it's a non-audio file, an empty white dialog box opens as the program hangs, if it's an audio file, the spinning wheel appears after the file is opened.
The same thing is happening across 3 user accounts across two different computers, all with the same OS + version number.
I haven't used Wavesurfer in a few months, this bug is new. Is any one else getting this?

Hangs for me as well.
One workaround: Just drag and drop the file onto the
WaveSurferapplication icon.Another way is to open
WaveSurfer, then the Console (File -> Show Console), and typeOpenFile $FILE_PATH.Hope this helps and please fix this bug!
