Improve command-line tools for Java source formatting,
so that one call would be sufficient to process several
packages (or whole project) including subpackages.

With this, one can make an Ant build task to be run
everytime a source ZIP is built.

Along with command-line utilities, provide also a
GUI-based tool to make the Java source formatting easier.

Add a JavaDoc comment part (tag) when missing.

Current version of ClassCommentUpdater just changes the
existing tags and non-existing tags are not created.

Allow me to create the non-existing tags when specified so.

For "catch" blocks, provide

} // catch ExceptionClassName

comments, for "for" blocks, provide

} // for forLoopControlVariableName

comments.

Specify classes

Specify the GUI library classes (GUI elements) and their
dependencies, hierarchy etc.
