I have installed Webcbq&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I can open the web interface but cant add any rules or &lt;br /&gt;
make any changes to the default rules.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What could be the problem?&lt;/p&gt;
