If you manually go into the SQL DB and add \[Share-Group/\] to the j1 field, the category then appears in the drop down menu. it seems straight forward enough to add this feature and would save a lot of time when adding and categorising passwords as you would not need to go into the SQL DB and manually edit fields.

&amp;lt;java.naming.security.protocol&amp;gt;ssl&amp;lt;/java.naming.security.protocol&amp;gt;

Maybe anything else, but as we are talking about protect passwords better encryption and authentication support it's always a good addition.

Other users may also need to change other fields of a password entry to add notes etc.

It is also useful to provide read-only access \(as it is now\) to some other users.

Perhaps a system of allowing write-access to passwords and/or metadata for certain groups but not others.

This was brought up in the Help forum recently and it was suggested a feature request was filed. And that everybody could delete his own obsolete passwords \(user or admin\).

I have new users from time to time, and some users that go to retirement or leave the office... as everybody does.
