WS4E and copied it(the uncompressed folder) to the &lt;br /&gt;
ECPLIPSE_INSTALL/plugin folder. and when i try to &lt;br /&gt;
export a file, the "webstart" wizard is no where to be &lt;br /&gt;

because they contained HTML tags.  This ticket is &lt;br /&gt;
repeated with the less than, greater than replaced with &lt;br /&gt;
open paren, close paren, respectively.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If the href to the test JNLP resides in a directory path &lt;br /&gt;
with a space in the name, the href does not recognize &lt;br /&gt;
any characters past the space.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For example:&lt;br /&gt;
(a href=file:/C:/Webstart Files/test.jnlp)&lt;br /&gt;
will not direct Internet Explorer to the test.jnlp file.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;By adding quotes to this href, the problem goes away:&lt;br /&gt;
