install problem

hi.. im using eclipse 3.0.1 as my IDE. i downloaded
WS4E and copied it(the uncompressed folder) to the
ECPLIPSE_INSTALL/plugin folder. and when i try to
export a file, the "webstart" wizard is no where to be
found. does Eclipse 3.0.1 support this?

Problem with spaces in href+

In Problem report 871714 the examples did not appear
because they contained HTML tags. This ticket is
repeated with the less than, greater than replaced with
open paren, close paren, respectively.

If the href to the test JNLP resides in a directory path
with a space in the name, the href does not recognize
any characters past the space.

For example:
(a href=file:/C:/Webstart Files/test.jnlp)
will not direct Internet Explorer to the test.jnlp file.

By adding quotes to this href, the problem goes away:
(a href="file:/C:/Webstart Files/test.jnlp")
