adding additional debug log level

Hi!

I've added an additional "debug" log level to make the info level usable for non-admin people (I use waRmZip for regular TEMP folder cleanup and notify everyone before doing so).

See attached my changes, they are really minor.

Skip folder without read permission

Going through large directory structures, it would ben convenient if warmzip would skip folders you don't have read permissions on. Now it breaks on line 441: If bRecursive And oFolder.Subfolders.Count > 0 Then....because it is starting to read the contents of the folder.

I propose skipping no read permissions folder. I attached my propoesed new code for Function Walk(sFOlder)

CAPS LOCK to RETURN

Hi, can you make a version of the TURN CAPS LOCK into
CTRL, to TURN CAPS LOCK into the RETURN (ENTER) key?
I'm saying this because you could, theoretically, type
faster with the return key at the left side, because it
will just be beside the "A" button, where expert
typists rest their left pinkies. Whereas, with the
regular position of the RETURN button, your right pinky
would still move two keys to the right.

Just a thought. Is it possible?

add file filter for beginning of the filename

add /bn and /bo params, similar to the /fo and /fn
params, to filter based on the beginning of the
filename. I've already made the change to the script
on my own, and would like to submit the script to you
for inclusion in your latest version.

WEEKDAY option

To improve this program I wonder if it's not possible
to add in the "md" option a "$WEEKDAY" feature.
This would give the oportunity to have a usefull tool
for backing up with 7 versions (Monday till Sunday)
If this suggestion is incorporated, you could even
make a $WORKDAY function (monday till friday)

add 'Move files' option

besides 'compress files' and 'delete files', add a 'move
files' option.
