#19 Functionality: Import new File
If a file being imported is not of the correct format,
an error is thrown.This is good. However if er click on
the OK button of the error dialog box, then Wintriangle
still continues to open the file and does not stop
unless we click on the "X" mark at the top right corner
of the dialog box.
Once OK on the error dialog box is clicked, then
Wintriangle show return to status Quo.
