#20 Audio: Import File
When the user imports a file (.xhtml file)
,Wintriangle prompts with a dialog box to convert the
the "HTML file to the triangle font format".
This dialogbox needs to be read alound by the audio
reader. There is no audio played and a visually impared
user might not be able to realise that a dialog box has
popped up.
