#1 Audio message on disabled menu items
There are certain menu items that are not enabled at a
particular time.
e.g. When the document is empty, the copy menu item/
cut menu item etc.. are not enabled. However if the
mouse is moved over these menu items then the audio
plays the selected menu Item. There needs to be some
way to determine that the particualr menu item is
enabled or disabled. Maybe include that in the audio
message.
Othersie a visually imparred person might just keep on
clicking on the disabled menu item with nothing
happening. and the user would be left puzzled.

The best way to deal with this is adding "disabled" text to
an item if its disabled i guess MSAA state will give this
