it would be nice if tables could be defined with a certain number of rows and columns when creating a table

several components have specialized properties. (e.g., tables have col/row count and table headers, tab panels have tab count and tab labels, etc)

This feature is dependant on having a property dialog and a way to specify properties specific to a component type (feature id #2314448)
