Why even waste your time releasing things if they do not work... Same could be said for a lot of "homebrew developers."

It worked 100% for me with the first release, however after updating all of the system files to 1.2a, the game just hangs at the first screen and the Wii has to be powered down. Any suggestions? -Eddie_Brock May31,2009 —Preceding unsigned comment added by Eddie Brock (talk • contribs) 17:01, 31 May 2009 (UTC)

My bad. Turns out I was using the shareware version from HBB. Got the Wolf3dWii_1_2_full_nofiles version from your sourceforge page and everything worked fine , Cheers :)

Yea I agree that the full version files dont work with 1.3. That needs to be addressed. I have all the full version files waiting.Jasons34 01:39, 23 July 2009 (UTC)

Yes please i can't get my full version to work on 1.3... it shows the sound screen like normal at startup, then the next screen is blue with a single "U", then i get a distorted screen followed by an abort back to the homebrew screen. I downloaded the full version from sourceforge and copied my wl6 files to the folder but nothing works...
1. Custom Controller Configurations would be great, but really i just want the ability to strafe with the gamecube analog stick and aim with the c-stick as apposed to the "old fashioned way" which is fine but I still think that configuration is easier. I don't know why you put it in for wiimote + nunchuk but not gamecube controller. I'm not saying get rid of the old fashioned way, I'm just saying at the very least make an option to change it.

2. The only port that has this is NewWolfGL, but since your building this from scratch it could be possible to add a HUD map that you can toggle as it makes things so much less confusing. Better yet make it so it doesn't reveal secrets unlike NewWolf, just a basic outline would be good enough. Another interesting option that was never done before in any old fps port, is perhaps make a "radar" type map. [ex. one that is much smaller, toggles, and goes in the corner of the screen.]

I hope you can consider these feature requests and keep up the good work. :D

dead zone

add an ir deadzone variable configurable via the in game menu to adjust the ir control deadzone (in pixels from center screen)

need a loader

Design a small loader to load the different game versions and offer as one package so users don't have to download a separate package for each game they want to play

typo in cheat menu

<nt>

fix variable strafe with gamecube controller

nt

disable mouse menu selection

probably in readallcontrols
